Beth is a graduate from Nova Southeastern University where she completed her Doctorate and Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Currently, Beth is completing her post-doctoral residency at the University of Tennessee with the plan to become a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a specialty in Sport/ Performance Psychology in the fall of 2023. She started her career as a performance enhancement coach 5 years ago, specializing in working with collegiate student athletes in group and individual sessions. In the university setting, Beth was a part of the interdisciplinary sports medicine team providing performance enhancement sessions as well as mental health services to all student athletes. Her role also included working closely with coaches and administrative staff to improve their awareness and knowledge of student athlete mental health. As a private performance enhancement consultant for the last two years, Beth broadened her work to include professional, collegiate, and youth athletes from an array of sports. As she continues her consulting work with Fishbein and Associates, Beth aims to provide athletes with the necessary skills to succeed on and off their field of play. She believes that helping athletes with their performance in sports can also lead to improvement across other areas in life including academics, work, and relationships.
