About Beth Shoaff, MS

Beth Shoaff, MS graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then moved on to complete her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She started her career as a performance enhancement coach 4 years ago, specializing in working with collegiate student athletes in group and individual sessions. In the university setting, Beth was a part of the interdisciplinary sports medicine team providing performance enhancement sessions as well as mental health services to all student athletes. Her role also included working closely with coaches and administrative staff to improve their awareness and knowledge of student athlete mental health. As a performance enhancement coach with Dr. Rob Seifer's Power Enhancement Center, Beth broadened her work to include professional, collegiate, and youth athletes from an array of sports. As she continues her consulting work, Beth is completing her doctorate of clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She believes that helping athletes with their performance in sports can also lead to improvement across other areas in life including academics, work, and relationships.
